Getting to the CORE of Lifting Safely!
This active training session designed to reduce workplace back injuries, strains, and sprains by emphasizing ergonomic principles, human factors, and active core engagement. Participants perform functional exercises to help find their core engagement and relationship between all the involved muscles. It highlights that protecting the spine requires more than just lifting with legs; it requires stabilizing the torso (the "core") during every movement, particularly when twisting, bending, or lifting from awkward positions.

Sleep Strategies
This class provides evidence-based techniques to improve sleep quality, covering sleep hygiene, circadian rhythm regulation, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to manage insomnia. Participants learn to create restful environments, establish routines, and address barriers like stress or poor habits to enhance overall health and alertness.
Topics include Understanding sleep stages, sleep hygiene practices, behavioral strategies, integrate health lifestyle practices.

Functional Strength and Stretching
This active class reviews strategies on how to improve the body's ability to perform everyday activities—such as lifting groceries, climbing stairs, or bending over—safely and efficiently. Unlike traditional bodybuilding, which isolates specific muscles, these classes focus on compound, multi-joint movements that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, strengthening the body as a holistic unit.

Power Step
This class includes sport based on and off the step combinations with a focus of cardio, strength, balance, and agility.
Recommended equipment: step, weights, and mat.
Step and Strength
This class incorporates the benefits of step and strength training by including segments of total body conditioning, abdominal and core strengthening, and stretching. Recommended Equipment: Step, weights and a mat.
Bootcamp
This class is an ultimate total body conditioning that combines drills from soccer, basketball, football, track, and others. Along with basic strength and toning exercises such as push-ups, squats, and Lunges, Intense and challenging workout class that incorporates a mix of cardio, strength training, and agility exercises. Recommended equipment:
Weights, Bands, step, and mat.
HIIT
This class includes varying intervals of intense cardio/ and or strength exercises paired with active recovery. You will increase your heart rate while improving your strength, power and endurance while performing challenging moves. Recommended equipment: Weights, bands, and mat.
Cardio Kick Boxing
This total body workout that includes the six types of boxing punches and three kicks in combinations that utilize multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train participants in speed, agility, and quickness. Recommended equipment: Light weights 3-5lbs and a mat.
Bosu Ball
This class focuses on the benefits of Bosu Ball training. It is used for core, strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, sport specific training. Great for both upper and lower body as well as core focus. Recommended equipment: Bosu Ball, light to heavy weights and mat.
Total Body Strength
This class is a non-aerobic resistance training class to help you gain muscular strength and endurance. We start with the core and work our way through all major muscle groups. This class utilizes barbells, dumbbells, body weight exercises to leave you feeling strong and confident. Recommended equipment: Light to heavy weights and Matt (Step can also be an option)
Barre Fit
This is an energizing ballet-based class that focuses on total-body toning with high reps, emphasizing core and alignment. Recommended equipment: Light hand weights a Pilates ball, yoga block and mat.
The Ellove’ Technique®
This class is a non-impact fitness conditioning class that uses a mat and light hand weights. It is designed to strengthen and rejuvenate through the techniques of dance, yoga, fitness, and Pilates. Recommended equipment: light 1-2lb weights and mat.
Yoga Sculpt Fusion
This class is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training, HIIT and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger! Recommended equipment: Light to medium weights and a yoga mat.
Cardio Dance
Get ready to strike a pose and break a sweat! This high energy dance class will include a variety of styles including hip-hop, salsa, and reggaeton. Each song will introduce new choreography so you can have fun and make it yours! No equipment needed.
Zumba®
is an exercise program that uses Latin-American music and dance steps. Zumba turns 10 styles of Latin dancing into an innovative, energetic workout! No equipment needed.
Cardio Sculpt
This class is a full-body workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles moving. This fun, high energy combines aerobic, long- Interval blocks with high-rep weight training. Recommended equipment: 3-5-lb. hand-weights high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger! Recommended equipment: Light to medium weights and a yoga mat.
Rhythm Ride
This upbeat cycle class includes a mix of hills, sprints, flat roads all timed to the beat of the music. It combines cardio and endurance Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but a lot of fun too! Equipment needed: Bike. of the music,
Shift
This cycle class includes on the bike drills and off the bike HIIT training sequences to give you a total body workout!

Cycle and Core
This class incorporate strength, endurance, and intervals on the bike, followed by core strengthening exercises on the floor. Equipment needed: Bike, weights and mat.
